Nestle has a rather long privacy policy that has not been updated for a while. They give you a choice to receive partner offers when you register and they indicated that they will send mailings for partners. They state that if the company is sold the information collected will be transferred to the purchasing company. You may want to use an alternate email address, but I personally have never received excessive mailings from Nestle.
